🎃 Windsor Royal Pumpkin Party 2025 🎃

Join us on Friday 31st October, from 12pm – 4pm, for an enchanting afternoon filled with pumpkins, creativity, and family fun in the heart of Windsor.

This year, we’ve got 200 pumpkins ready for carving magic! To keep things running smoothly, we’re offering 30-minute pumpkin carving sessions, with 28 slots per session.

Choose your time — 12:00pm, 12:30pm, 1:00pm, 1:30pm, 2:00pm, 2:30pm, 3:00pm and secure your pumpkin before they’re gone.

The Pumpkin Judging takes place at 3.30pm.

✨ All proceeds will go towards supporting our chosen charity for 2025: Well Windsor, helping to make a difference right here in our local community.

Event Day Details

🕛 Arrival & Check-In 

  • Make your way to the party, being held by All Bar One, Minso, SpaceNK & Hedi’s.
  • Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your booked slot to allow time to check in.
  • Head to the registration area where our friendly team will confirm your booking.
  • Pay your donation of £4 per Pumpkin and you will be shown to your carving station.

🎃 Pumpkin Carving Sessions

  • Each session lasts 30 minutes, with 28 pumpkins available per slot.
  • Book one Pumpkin per child in your party.
  • Adults accompanying children do not require a ticket.
  • The event is outdoors, but undercover.
  • Tools will be provided, but children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Once your masterpiece is complete, take it home to proudly display for Halloween!

🍂 Refreshments & Extras

  • Meals, snacks, hot drinks, and sweet treats will be available to purchase on-site at any one of our number of retailers.

Event FAQs
Do I need to book in advance, or can I just turn up on the day?
We strongly recommend booking in advance as there are only 200 pumpkins available and each session is limited to 28 slots. Walk-ins may be possible if there are any pumpkins left, but we can’t guarantee availability.
What’s included in the booking?
Your booking includes a pumpkin, access to your chosen 30-minute carving session, and use of carving tools.
Can parents or guardians join their children during the session?
Yes! Adults are welcome to accompany children during their pumpkin carving session. Please make sure you have booked the required amount of pumpkins for your party. 
What happens if I’m late for my session?
Please arrive a few minutes before your booked slot to check in. If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to fit you in, but we cannot guarantee your full carving time once the next session begins.
Which charity will you be supporting in 2025?
Our 2025 chosen charity is Well Windsor.                                                         
What is the required donation?
£4 per Pumpkin.
