🎃 Windsor Royal Pumpkin Party 2025 🎃
Join us on Friday 31st October, from 12pm – 4pm, for an enchanting afternoon filled with pumpkins, creativity, and family fun in the heart of Windsor.
This year, we’ve got 200 pumpkins ready for carving magic! To keep things running smoothly, we’re offering 30-minute pumpkin carving sessions, with 28 slots per session.
Choose your time — 12:00, 12:30, 1:00, 1:30, 2:00, 2:30, 3:00, or 3:30 — and secure your pumpkin before they’re gone.
✨ All proceeds will go towards supporting our chosen charity for 2025: Well Windsor, helping to make a difference right here in our local community.

Event Day Details
🕛 Arrival & Check-In
- Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your booked slot to allow time to check in.
- Head to the registration area where our friendly team will confirm your booking, take your suggested donation of £4 per Pumpkin and direct you to your carving station.
🎃 Pumpkin Carving Sessions
- Each session lasts 30 minutes, with 28 pumpkins available per slot.
- Book one Pumpkin per child in your party.
- Adults accompanying children do not require a ticket.
- The event is outdoors, but undercover.
- Tools will be provided, but children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Once your masterpiece is complete, take it home to proudly display for Halloween!
🍂 Refreshments & Extras
- Meals, snacks, hot drinks, and sweet treats will be available to purchase on-site at any one of our number of retailers.
